Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves providing vital support to attorneys in managing the eDiscovery lifecycle and litigation processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Assist attorneys in all stages of the eDiscovery process, including data collection, processing, review, and production. u2022 Utilize various eDiscovery platforms, such as Relativity, Logikcull, and Everlaw, to manage document databases, conduct searches, and apply document tags. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely handling of data. u2022 Prepare privilege logs, summaries, and document productions while adhering to court rules and client protocols. u2022 Provide litigation case management support, including organizing case files, drafting legal documents, and tracking deadlines. u2022 Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure data integrity throughout the discovery and litigation processes. u2022 Coordinate and oversee trial preparation activities to ensure all necessary materials are readily available. u2022 Review legal documents and assist in preparing summaries to support attorneys in case analysis. u2022 Monitor case schedules and deadlines to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in discovery and eDiscovery processes within a legal environment. u2022 Solid understanding of civil litigation procedures and protocols. u2022 Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Logikcull, or similar tools. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective case management. u2022 Familiarity with trial preparation processes and legal document drafting. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, vendors, and other teams. u2022 Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively in a fast-paced legal setting. u2022 Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding data security standards.
