Job Title: Amusement Game and ATM TechnicianEmployment Type: Full-Time or Part Time Job Summary: The Amusement Game and ATM Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and preventative servicing of amusement games and automated teller machines (ATMs) at client and company-operated locations. This role ensures equipment is fully functional, clean, and operational to maximize uptime and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Setup: Install and configure amusement games and ATMs according to manufacturer specifications. Ensure correct software setup, connectivity, and payment functionality. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues. Respond promptly to service calls to minimize equipment downtime. Replace defective parts, including monitors, bill validators, card readers, wiring, and game buttons. Conduct scheduled maintenance checks and cleaning on all assigned equipment. Update machine software and firmware as required. Fill machines and equipment as needed. Customer Support & Communication: Interface professionally with venue staff and customers. Provide basic operational training to venue employees as needed.
