Senior Solutions Architect

Introduction Your role and responsibilities Senior Solutions Architect, IBM Corporation, Armonk, New York and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US (Up to 100% telecommuting permitted) Lead opportunities through the qualification, definition, proof/evaluation, proposal and closure stages of the sales cycle with attention to timelines. Respond to functional and business requirements and capabilities sections of Request for Information /Request for Proposals. Engage with the sales representative and prospect to ensure that the prospectu2019s business needs can be addressed with companyu2019s go-to market capabilities. Understand and analyze the prospectu2019s business requirements and compose, validate, and present the best possible solution. Define Proof of Concept/ Proof of Value and custom demonstration scenarios and map functions of products to prospectsu2019 needs. Lead team on implementation of Proof of Concept/ Proof of Value and custom demos. Ensure the demonstration fulfills the prospectu2019s requirements and highlight and differentiate companyu2019s capabilities. Define the prospectu2019s target architecture that fulfills their business objectives. Work with the Account Executive to structure the proposal that meets the prospectu2019s target architecture. Utilize: webMethods Integration, webMethods API Management, webMethods B2B EDI, webMethods MFT, Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS).Required: Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, System Engineering, Computer Programming or related and five (5) years of experience as a Solution Architect or related. Five (5) years of experience must include utilizing webMethods Integration, webMethods API Management, webMethods B2B EDI, webMethods MFT, Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). $203000 - $210000 per year.
