Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed by line personnel.Evaluate new operators following the OJTs.High School diploma or GEDMinimum one year manufacturing experienceDemonstration of leadership ability and an understanding of the basics of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversionStrong computer aptitude and experienceCurrent Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required
