We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance within the company.Position Details: This direct hire role is full-time, hours operate between Monday - Friday and typically are 8:30am - 5:30pm (occasionally fluctuating due to planned events). Business professional dress code and standards are required.Hourly Compensation: $17.00-19.00 USD per hour, DOEAmenities: New facility, great working environment! FREE PARKING!The Site Supervisor/Receptionist is the primary point of contact within the law firm for clients, guests and staff. This role will also provide other administrative support services in a legal environment. Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Prior legal reception and/or legal secretarial support is strongly preferred.Acting as receptionist/main office contactOperating mailing, copy and fax equipmentMaintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitudeMain reception support, conference room set-up and re-set, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assignedHandle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packagesSort/scan mail and documents with high degree of accuracyDemonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in fast paced environmentPerform other tasks as assignedThe Site Supervisor/Receptionist is responsible for being the single point of contact for clients, guests and staff and other administrative support services in a legal environment. Ideal candidates have great customer service skills, reception/guest management experience, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routesHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to managementCustomer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferredProfessional appearance and demeanor; Keyboarding and windows environment PC skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environmentCompetency in performing multiple functional tasksA valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from workLifting up to 55 poundsIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
