All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.As a Solutions Analyst, you will:Review specificationsDevelop prototypesDesign, configure, develop, test and deploy hardware and software solutions in a logical, creative, and structured manner that meet customer requirementsCollaborate with customers, cross-functional teams, and subject matter experts to implement compelling solutionsSupport training of customers Work independently and in a team setting on projects to successful completionDeliver technology solutions/services within the allocated budgetProvide thorough technical support to customersDevelop technical documentationStay current on latest technologies and methodsRegularly interact and build relationships with team membersSupport development of proposals in response to Request for Proposals (RFPs)Support business development and marketing initiatives by meeting with customers and prospective customers, attending industry events, and giving presentationsComply with all KCI policies and proceduresComplete other duties as required/assignedBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is required. Experience may be substituted for degree.Minimum one year of experience working with databases or configurable software; education and internships may substitute for experienceKnowledge of utilities, facilities, transportation, water, and/or state/local government markets is strongly preferredFamiliarity with software development and systems engineering is preferredKnowledgeable of APIs, distributed backend systems, dimensional data modeling, SQL queries and schema design is preferredExperience with cloud technologies is preferredDemonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problemsAbility to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customers, data, business, and marketsDemonstrated ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers, both written and oralPre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment. Motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
