Responsibilities: u2022 Brief and implement effective paid social campaigns across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. u2022 Monitor and optimize campaigns that support acquisition goals. u2022 Develop innovative ad concepts and branded content, contributing to scripting, filming, or editing as needed. u2022 Oversee agency partnerships by providing creative direction, reviewing assets, and managing campaigns from ideation to execution. u2022 Work closely with brand and legal teams to maintain consistent, compliant messaging that aligns with brand guidelines. u2022 Establish and nurture relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand storytelling and achieve measurable results. u2022 Monitor emerging trends, technologies, and channels in social media to identify and test new opportunities for growth. u2022 Conduct competitive analyses and assess market developments to inform strategic decisions and creative approaches. u2022 Create and ideate ad content to enhance conversion rates. u2022 Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and implement continuous optimizations. Requirements u2022 Minimum of five years of experience in paid social media campaign management. u2022 Proficiency in platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for advertising and content creation. u2022 Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and content production. u2022 Expertise in managing campaigns on Facebook Ads and TikTok Paid Advertising. u2022 Proven ability to develop engaging ad copy and creative content tailored for varied audiences. u2022 Experience collaborating with influencers and creators to create impactful partnerships. u2022 Solid understanding of social media trends and ability to adapt strategies to emerging technologies. u2022 Analytical skills for interpreting campaign data and applying insights to improve performance.
