If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for patient care and a commitment to accuracy, we encourage you to apply. + Demonstrated experience with laboratory instrumentation and methodologies across various departments (e.g., Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunohematology). + Proficiency in performing complex laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. + Strong understanding of quality control, quality assurance, and laboratory safety protocols. + Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Job Requirements + Minimum one year of experience in an acute care facility required. + Bachelor's Degree in a biological or chemical science as defined by CLIA + Must be appropriately trained in clinical laboratory science as evaluated by the Director of the Clinical Laboratory + California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (CLS) required. + A current Los Angeles County fire card is required.
