Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Director of Nursing (DON) for their client in Schenectady, NY Position type: Direct-hire Pay: 130,000-150,000/year DUTIES: u00b7 Supervises all nursing staff in the facility u00b7 Development and implementation of nursing policy and procedure u00b7 Overseeing the hiring and continued employment of nursing staff u00b7 Ensuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff's skills remain current u00b7 Overseeing nursing employee conduct u00b7 Being knowledgeable of incidents at the facility u00b7 Assessing the health needs of each resident REQUIREMENTS: u00b7 Current State RN license required u00b7 Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care u00b7 Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience u00b7 Evidence of strong supervision & leadership skills Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
