Job DescriptionOur client, a hospital in Philadelphia, is looking for a freelance Sr. Technical Project Manager to join their team for a 40-hour per week contract through June 2026. Work will be done primarily remotely; however, candidates must be located within a 2-hour radius of Philadelphia in the event of a need to come onsite. To be considered you must have an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Sr. Technical Project Manager Responsibilities: - Lead and manage advanced-level IT infrastructure projects, including new facility implementations and EPIC-related initiatives. - Oversee planning, scope, deliverables, timelines, and communication across project teams and stakeholders. - Serve as a mentor to junior project managers and contribute to PMO leadership initiatives. - Champion project management methodologies and best practices across the organization. - Manage large-scale projects with moderate to high complexity, including system installations and upgrades. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and hospital leadership to ensure project success. - Create and maintain detailed documentation and project plans. - Identify and manage risks, issues, and corrective actions. - Support strategic planning and improvement initiatives within the PMO. Sr. Technical Project Manager Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) Active PMP certification required - Minimum of 8+ years of IT project management experience, ideally with a focus on infrastructure, new facilities, and EPIC - Previous experience in IT operations a plus - Strong communication and consensus-building skills - Proven ability to lead complex projects and coach team members- Experience presenting to senior leadership and acting as a trusted business partnerIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.BenefitsCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
