Litigation Attorney - Detroit

HumanHire is partnered with a top ranked national Law Firm to find a Litigation Attorney to join the firms growing team in Downtown Detroit. The ideal Litigation Attorney candidate will handle a variety of civil litigation cases, including tort, commercial disputes, and transportation claims (automobile, trucking, logistics, and related regulatory matters). We Offer: Pay: $140-200K Base plus Bonus Hybrid Flexibility Great Benefits: 401K Match, Life, Disability, PTO, Medical, FSA, and more Litigation Attorney Responsibilities: Handle all phases of civil litigation, from case intake through trial and appeal. Represent clients in transportation-related disputes, including motor vehicle accidents, trucking and logistics claims, and premises liability. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and settlement agreements. Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts. Advise clients on risk management and litigation strategy. Collaborate with partners, associates, and paralegals on case management and strategy. Litigation Attorney Qualifications: 3+ years of Defense Litigation Attorney experience Civil Litigation and/or Transportation experience preferred Juris Doctor from an accredited school Michigan Bar Admission If interested, please apply to this posting for immediate consideration!
