Perform reception and transcription duties as needed. This individual manages office support functions; prioritizing and coordinating work assignments; reviews work for accuracy. Coordinates, organizes, and implements inpatient/outpatient schedules. Provides supervisory responsibilities to the medical office including orienting and training new personnel.Job RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentKnowledge of medical terminology3 years clerical experienceAble to type 60 WPMIntermediate computer skillsStrong Customer Service SkilledExcellent Customer Service and Communication Skills2-3 years’ customer service and/or front office experienceEpic software trainedProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteGeneral understanding of medical terminologyExperience with therapy operationsKnowledge of insurance verification and authorizationThe ability to be flexible and able to adapt to changeData entry and attention to detail
