This position is a part of theRevenue Growth Management team within the Sales Strategy group. Theideal candidate will be able to lead and influence people, analyze data,and make sound recommendations in an often-ambiguous environment. Theright person for this role will thrive on being a servant leader and anatural problem-solver, with the ability to align effectively acrossinternal functions and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders. Therole will involve a mixture of daily business partnership and projectleadership, collaborating with both internal and externalpartners.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Lead key RGM pillars -pricing architecture, mix, promo evaluation, and MAP protection PricingArchitecture Develop holistic, long-term pricing, price-packarchitecture, and promotional pricing strategies across all channels.Lead business-wide pricing initiatives such as price increases ordecreases. Lead implementation of key information technology tools andsystems enhancements needed to support pricing strategies. Engage withcross-functional partners, including VP of Sales and VP of Marketing, inNPD Process to develop new item pricing for all Global Pet Careproducts. Promo Evaluation Evaluate promotional effectiveness (lift,cannibalization, pre/post-event analysis.) Lead implementation of keyinformation technology tools and systems enhancements needed to supportpromotional analysis.
