Our team members are the heart and soul of our success, consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences and outstanding service to our clients and their passengers across North and Latin America.Role Purpose StatementThe Cold Food Operations Supervisor plays a key role in leading daily production and team performance within a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. This position ensures that cold food preparation, packaging, and delivery meet quality, safety, and customer standards while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company procedures.The supervisor is responsible for coordinating staff, monitoring workflow, resolving operational issues, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with logistics, culinary, and inventory teams. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach are essential to success in this role.Shift Flexibility Requirement: This position requires availability to work across two critical shifts based on operational needs:Morning shift: 4:30 AM - 2:00 PMAfternoon/evening shift: 2:30 PM - MidnightSupervisors must be able to rotate between shifts and support coverage as needed, including weekends and holidays.
