UX Researchers as the primary experience not UX designers. Designing products with the end-user in mind. Thinking about how our customers are going to use our products helps us to create a more useful design. There are various methods for establishing what designs people want, including collecting data and ideas from the target user. Finding new methods or tools for research Help create speed and efficiency for UX team Design thinking proficiency Human factors proficiency You will research brands, culture, products and marketing. You will conduct interviews, surveys and evaluations including field tests to unlock potential opportunities then ensure they meet the user’s needs. Satisfying the end-user is the goal and this requires collaboration and influence. Collaborate with Design teams, Product Strategy, Engineering and Marketing.
