About the RoleAs the Hospital Manager, you’ll work closely with our Chief of Staff and leadership team to ensure smooth hospital operations, high-quality patient care, and an engaged, motivated staff. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills who values collaboration and a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the hospital and pet hotelPartner with the Medical Director to support the medical team and ensure excellent patient and client careManage, coach, and develop team members to foster engagement and professional growthHandle financial and business operations, including budgeting, payroll, and inventory managementMaintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and veterinary regulationsSupport a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement? Qualifications:Experience in veterinary management or hospital leadership preferredStrong background in team leadership, HR, and business operations preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in practice management software (Cornerstone experience a plus)Passion for creating a supportive, efficient, and compassionate workplace?
