Sr. Accountant

Description Weu2019re seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant to join our clients growing team This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in multi-entity property accounting for commercial and/or residential real estate portfolios. Key Responsibilities: + Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple properties, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close. + Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger entries, and variance analyses. + Oversee Accounts Payable/Receivable and ensure accurate CAM reconciliations. + Monitor property performance and support budgeting and forecasting efforts. + Perform bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheet schedules. + Support external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls. + Partner with property management teams and respond to operational inquiries.
