Implementation Project Manager

What will your job look like?The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for providing oversight and support for implementation activities and protocol development for new client set up and existing client upsells and new lines of business at the direction of the Director, Business Implementation. Location: This is a hybrid role if located within 40 miles of an MTM office location. What you’ll do:Provide oversight and support of the implementation phase for new client set up and existing client upsells including project scope definition, project plan development, project resources and project timelineAppropriate and timely escalation of implementation concerns and potential solutionsProvide assistance and support to Implementation team in project planning and management of implementation task itemsParticipate in internal and external implementation meetings and communicate formal meeting minutesAssist in tracking internal and external implementation deliverablesPrepare both internal and client correspondence, reports, and presentationsResponsible for management, delivery, and analysis of post implementation surveyMaintain a good understanding of the managed care and non-emergency transportation industryMaintain a good understanding of all MTM operations and product lines, both existing and in the development stageParticipate in ongoing training offered through MTM or other available resources to strengthen knowledge baseDevelop a working relationship with each internal department of MTM that foster collaboration and mutual respect across all departmentsCommunicate effectively with external clients and internal team membersDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsComplete special projects as assignedWhat you’ll need: High School Diploma or G.E.D.At least 2 years’ of experience with project management is requiredBachelor’s Degree in a business related field preferredA minimum of one year in the NEMT industry is preferredExperience working in the managed care industry is preferredAbility to clearly understand RFP languageIdentify opportunities for implementation process improvements from past implementationsExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsExemplary communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to make solid judgment callsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAbility to foster a cooperative work environmentAbility to maintain high level of confidentialityWhat’s in it for you: Health and Life Insurance PlansDental and Vision Plans401(k) with a company matchPaid Time Off and Holiday PayMaternity/Paternity LeaveCasual Dress EnvironmentTuition ReimbursementMTM Perks Discount Program Leadership Mentoring Opportunities Salary Min: $84,640Salary Max: $110,000#MTM
