The AGM plays a vital role in maximizing profitability, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding Wingstop’s standards of excellence. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to inspire a team, and is ready to take the next step in their management journey.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Lead and supervise daily Front of House and Back of House operationsAct as the shift lead and decision-maker in the absence of the General ManagerSupport team development through training, coaching, performance feedback, and motivationDeliver top-tier guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with all local, state, and company food safety, health, and sanitation standards (including maintaining an “A” health rating)Monitor and maintain product quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standardsAssist in labor scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost controlFollow and enforce all cash handling and security proceduresHelp manage Food and Labor Costs in line with company targetsOversee facility maintenance and cleanliness through preventative programsTrain to build the leadership skills necessary for promotion to General ManagerPerform operational duties including register use, taking orders, and food preparation as neededAdditional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or District Manager
