As a Customer Navigator , youu2019ll be the go-to guide for anyone stepping into our facility or calling in for assistance. Whether youu2019re helping guests find their way, coordinating appointments, arranging transportation, or simply offering a reassuring presence u2014 youu2019ll play a vital role in creating a positive, caring environment. What Youu2019ll Be Doing + Be the welcoming face that greets patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth. + Provide navigation and concierge-style support throughout the hospital and clinics. + Schedule and manage appointments, assist with services, and connect patients with the right departments. + Communicate clearly, calmly, and compassionately u2014 even in high-volume or stressful situations. + Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure every guest has a smooth, supportive experience. What Weu2019re Looking For + A people-focused professional with 1+ year of healthcare or customer service experience (hospitality, retail, banking, concierge, etc.). + Someone who stays calm under pressure and can problem-solve with empathy. + Comfortable using basic computer programs (Windows, Word, Excel); experience with EPIC is a plus. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and needs. Education + High school diploma or GED required.
