Acting as a first line response to our customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with the focus being finding the right solution. You will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start. You can expect a salary in the range of $40,800.00 to $59,200.00 on the lower end for less experienced and more for well directly experienced professionals. Utilize your skills to: u2022 Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively u2022 Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory u2022 Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls u2022 Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access Basic Qualifications: u2022 Local candidate to specific geographic area u2022 Authorized to work in the US u2022 At least 19 years of age u2022 Have a valid driveru2019s license and driving record that satisfies NCR Atleos fleet requirements u2022 PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity u2022 Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation o Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day o Rotating and weekend shifts o Carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance o Bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, working with your hands, and repetitively grasping and manipulating objects of varying size Preferred Qualifications to qualify (not required, but nice to have): u2022 Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software u2022 A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification u2022 One or more years of related experience Salary Range: $48,800.00 - $73,200.00 Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
