Job Title: Supply Chain EngineerJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Engineer to maintain and optimize the component parts inventory using the Server eKanban System. This role involves analyzing supply chain conditions, developing and monitoring key performance indicators, and managing inventory to support production targets without disruption. Collaboration with logistics groups and the engineering department is essential to minimize part shortages and address abnormal supply chain conditions. Responsibilities + Maintain component parts inventory utilizing the Server eKanban System. + Conduct daily analysis of supply chain conditions from North American parts suppliers to the plant. + Develop, visualize, and monitor key performance indicators, operating procedures, and project schedules. + Manage inventory to meet Build Out and Start Up targets with zero impact on production. + Partner with external and internal logistics groups to reduce internal part shortages and overflow. + Request and monitor the recovery of abnormal conditions in the supply chain. + Consistently collaborate with the engineering department on the production floor. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes. + Experience with Manufacturing Flow and Production Flow. + Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to pass an Excel test. + Experience in Logistics Analysis and Management. + Material Flow expertise. + Proficiency with PowerBI and Microsoft Access. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging, Mathematics, IT, Technology, or a related field. + Good analytical skills for data analysis and order pattern evaluation. + Strong communication skills. + Experience with data management systems and analytics is preferred. Work Environment This position oversees North American part ordering, involving 360 suppliers and 8,000 part numbers. The role requires working both on the production floor and in an open pit environment. The team must be available for overtime as needed to support production, with a flexible start time but must be available by 6 AM for a standard 10-hour workday, Monday through Friday. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
