CNN International is seeking a writer for _Quest Means Business_ to deliver smart, engaging scripts that transform complex business stories into bold, distinctive television. Your Role Accountabilitiesu2026 + Research, and write compelling, conversational anchor copy for CNNI newscasts. + Collaborate with Producers on content, formatting scripts, viewing video and graphic elements, and finding relevant sources. + Write stories on a variety of topics, including leading international and business news. + Effectively coordinate script, live shot and interview elements with APs and/or Producer + Communicate effectively with remote teams in Atlanta/London + Support New York anchors Qualifications & Experienceu2026 + Must have a BA or equivalent work experience. + At least one year of experience as a full-time newsroom writer or successful completion of writer training in a CNN newsroom. + It is important for the candidate to have a thorough understanding and proven experience in handling international stories. + Successful candidates will demonstrate an active interest in business news + Must have the flexibility to work different shifts including evenings, overnights and weekends.
