This role is responsible for growing assigned properties within the portfolio by leveraging the Avenue5 tools and technology to maximize performance results. This role ensures that each property within their portfolio is consistently and accurately utilizing the tools and maintaining the high-quality standards set. Primary Responsibilities and Objectives u00b7 Understand the client and companyu2019s business objectives to ensure maximization and satisfaction of client accounts u00b7 Serve as the strategic business partner responsible for revenue growth for complex clients and partners within assigned regions u00b7 Partner with operations and portfolio service teams to achieve growth and operational KPIu2019s for portfolio clients in assigned regions u00b7 Create and maintain report for property owners and Avenue5 leadership u00b7 Lead all aspects of the client relationship including communications, planning, education, and problem resolution u00b7 Provide subject matter expertise to clients to ensure product utilization is optimal u00b7 Document quality issues and build and execute corrective action plan. u00b7 Ensure the completion of corrective action responses to prevent issue reoccurrence. u00b7 Understand the market landscape including pricing trends, competitor strengths and weaknesses, and client requirements within assigned regions u00b7 Maintain an expert level knowledge and understanding of all Avenue5 products and services u00b7 Review financials and recommend changes to increase profit potential for all properties and portfolio clients u00b7 Lead special projects to support client development within assigned regions u00b7 Collaborate on all RFP and RFI responses as related to assigned portfolio in conjunction with sales and client services u00b7 Perform other duties as assigned Education and Experience u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree is preferred u00b7 Real estate license as required by state or local law u00b7 Five or more years of experience in multi-family property management is required u00b7 Five or more years of direct management experience is required u00b7 Five or more years of experience in managing, expanding, and developing relationships with clients is required u00b7 CPM certification is preferred u00b7 Participation in industry groups is preferred u00b7 Five or more years of experience in Yardi Voyager or other equivalent system is required u00b7 Understanding of HUD and/or loan assistance process is preferred Skills and Requirements u00b7 Strong understanding of property management industry trends, issues, and emerging technology u00b7 Track record of accomplishments and high-impact results u00b7 Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment u00b7 Strong organizational and time management skills to facilitate the timely completion of projects with differing deadlines u00b7 Ability to read and understand financial statements u00b7 Ability to create a climate in which associates want to do their best by leading and communicating a shared vision with associates and providing coaching and development u00b7 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro u00b7 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills u00b7 Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing and Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training and other courses if assigned Scheduling u00b7 Required to maintain a regular schedule which may also require working outside of regular schedule, weekends, and non-traditional holidays u00b7 Ability to travel including overnight (up to 50%) Environment u00b7 Exposure to environment typically found in an office building Physical Requirements Avenue5 will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
