PositionOverview The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring cleanliness andsanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensilsthrough manual and machine cleaning efforts. This position is alsoresponsible for washing appliances, emptying trash, scrubbing floors,and other cleaning duties as needed. Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pmEssential Duties Include but are not limited to the following: Providethe highest quality of service at all times. Ensure preparation stationsand kitchen are cleaned and sanitized. Comply with sanitation/safetystandards within Food Services and ensure all personnel followsafety/sanitation standards. Ensure availability of clean dishes bywashing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware by cleaning and restockingareas and cook stations. Clean machines and appliances used in thekitchen. Clean food prep stations and sanitize. Sweep and mop floors,especially in the event that items have broken or spilled. Take out thetrash and rinse garbage cans. Assist with other cleaning/sanitizationneeds as requested. Excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent internal and external facing customer service skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to workand contribute in a team environment. Analytical and problem-solvingskills. Strong commitment to service and hospitality excellence.
