Payroll Clerk

Description Responsibilities u00b7 Contact employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals u00b7 Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc. u00b7 Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc. u00b7 Data entry into Excel and the ADP payroll system u00b7 Enter and audit union calculations via Excel as instructed u00b7 Download and distribute/save reports as instructed u00b7 Build and run custom reports out of ADP u00b7 Other duties as assigned Requirements Skills/Experience u00b7 3+ years of hands on experience at a large corporation u00b7 Strong Microsoft Office skills u00b7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening) u00b7 Great attention to detail u00b7 Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills u00b7 ADP and/or PeopleSoft experience preferred u00b7 Ability to easily learn new systems Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
