Full-time work, steady schedules, and training provided.As a Packer, youâll work on the production line to package, inspect, and prepare products for shipment. Youâll start with core tasks like operating equipment, handling pallets, and performing quality checks. Youâll have the opportunity to learn additional production and inventory skills as you gain experience. This facility promotes from within, and many employees advance through on-the-job training. Team-basedWhat you'll do:Operate, maintain and troubleshoot automated box-making equipmentLoad, unload and inspect packaging materials and productsUse equipment to move full pallets; shrink wrap and stage completed palletsForm, label, seal, and inspect filled cartons on palletsCheck caps and packaging materials for defectsClear jams and maintain scrap conveying systems, including bailer operationsClean up scrap and maintain production area organizationCross- train to the Lithographer Stacker rolePerform raw material inventory for production needs
