Modality: OccupationalTherapist (OT) u2013 School-Based Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Full School Year Schedule: Mondayu2013Friday, Full-Time (35u201340 hours/week) Local Pay Rate: $70/HR About the Role Weu2019re seeking a dedicated OccupationalTherapist (OT) to join a collaborative school environment. The OT isresponsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providingtherapy services, and documenting services in accordance with each studentu2019sindividualized plan of care. Youu2019ll work closely with teachers, parents, andmultidisciplinary teams to support student success. Key Responsibilities + Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. + Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals. + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports. + Participate in assessments and team meetings. + Collaborate with educators and families to ensure continuity of care. Minimum Requirements + Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice. + One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred. + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice. + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable). + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation). + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age.
