Chemours is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative (CER) to join our Customer Excellence team. This position is part of the Thermal Specialized Solutions (TSS) sales function and reports directly to the North America Customer Excellence Manager based in Wilmington, DE . At Chemours, the Customer Excellence team is the face of our organization to our customers and a key component for delivering industry-leading service. We are committed to understanding, shaping, fulfilling, and exceeding customer expectations while fostering long-term relationships. This is a key role within the Company and the TSS business in North America. The CER role is the primary driver for our Order to Cash Process (OTC). This hybrid role is a key liaison with the customer and requires interactions with customers, sales, supply chain, demand management, operations, warehousing, and logistics within the company. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to help manage our order portfolio and support Chemoursu2019 SAP platform. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: + Managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, including each of the following: + Onboarding new customers + Processing customer orders and returns + Developing and managing customer relationships + Monitoring orders through delivery + Collaborating with Supply Chain and plant sites on order fulfillment + Initiating Customer complaint investigations as needed + Following up on invoice/accounts receivable disputes + Implementing pricing changes + Managing desk in accordance with internal control requirements + Sharing customer feedback and insights with the sales team + Collaborating and communicate effectively with Customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Demand, Operations, and other cross functions that have direct/indirect impact on customer orders or E2E Order Fulfillment. + Supporting simplification initiatives that streamline work processes and improve overall customer experience. + Contributing to the continuous improvement of Chemoursu2019 business processes and tools, including the SAP and platforms.
