As an Employee Experience Analyst, you will help our clients across our EX portfoliou2014including communications, strategy and change management, behavior change, employee insights (listening/surveys and assessments), and learn how to use WTWu2019s employee experience software and other digital solutions. Youu2019ll work with some of the industryu2019s top consultants, developing your skills and technical knowledge while delivering creative, cutting-edge solutions to real business issues. You will have immediate exposure to challenging client assignments that draw on your ability to analyze information and develop conclusions, demonstrate imagination and creativity, and create and deliver innovative solutions to key talent management, organization design, human capital and other related business challenges. Criteria / Role Expectations Contribute to superior work product and consistent project management for assigned projects. Storytelling u2013 Writing, proofreading and copyediting + Develop and write HR and benefits-related materials for client employee experience projects, contributing strong writing and editing skills. This includes creating PowerPoints, benefits guides, and other written and digital communication materials for various platforms. + Understand complex information and write about it in a creative, engaging way. Design and production + Assist with design, production and presentation of materials for clients. This may include presentation formatting, graphic design support, proofreading client work, copyediting, scheduling meetings, answering client inquiries, etc., to ensure content is error-free, consistent in style, and in line with client branding. Data and analytics analysis + Be interested in data-driven solutions and provide actionable insights on improving employee engagement, shaping a high-performance culture and achieving optimal returns on talent and program investments. Project management + Function as a project manager/liaison with senior EX staff and clients to ensure materials are accurate, deadlines are clear, meetings are scheduled, and communication is consistent. + Liaise with WTWu2019s technical and support teams to ensure the successful handoff of tasks between teams and that all tasks are accomplished on time and delivered with excellence. Qualifications Role Requirements + Pursuing a bacheloru2019s or masteru2019s degree in liberal arts, communications, journalism, or business with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0. + Knowledge of current communication and change management trends, marketing and technology (digital and social media), and proven ability to apply that knowledge to client-focused solutions. + A professional presence with strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present in front of clients and on camera. + Ability to manage competing priorities and carry out well-defined assignments according to established guidelines with little supervision. + Aptitude to recognize and diagnose issues and work collaboratively on a team. Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way. + Strong project management and analytical and interpersonal skills. + Technical savvy and comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and Outlook). Foxit and/or Adobe are key platforms that are also used daily.
