Unless specifically stated otherwise, this role is 'On-Site' at the location detailed in the job post., Job DescriptionHighly motivated and detail-oriented Earned Value Management (EVM) Analyst to support our project management team in ensuring effective implementation and monitoring within an Earned Value (EV) Deltek Cobra system. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), financial analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with EVMS requirements and drive project success.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and maintains EVMS processes and tools to track project scope, schedule, and cost performance.Analyzes project data to calculate and interpret EVMS metrics, including Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), and Actual Cost (AC).Monitors project performance using metrics such as Cost Variance (CV), Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).Prepares detailed reports and dashboards to communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.Conducts variance analysis and identify risks to schedule, cost, and performance baselines.Collaborates with project teams to develop corrective actions and recovery plans as needed.Generates IPMDAR and other EVMS reports.Ensures compliance with industry standards (e.g., ANSI/EIA-748) and contractual EVMS requirements.Provides training and guidance on EVMS processes and best practices to project teams.Participates in audits and reviews to verify adherence to EVMS guidelines.Supports the Program Controls Manager in the development of the Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) and Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RAM).
