Schedule & Work Model u2022 Mondayu2013Friday, daytime schedule u2022 No weekends u2022 No hospital rounds u2022 Limited phone-only call rotation Key Responsibilities u2022 Provide high-quality primary care to adult and senior patients. u2022 Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams. u2022 Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and reduced hospitalizations. u2022 Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. u2022 Participate in limited phone call coverage Required Qualifications u2022 MD or DO from an accredited medical school. u2022 Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. u2022 Active or eligible Florida medical license. u2022 Experience with senior-focused or value-based care preferred. u2022 TB screening participation required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $203,400 - $299,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
