This includes hiring, staffing allocation, and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.Grow Talent and Foster Job Satisfaction: Support team members in their professional development goals and career aspirations at Collins Aerospace. Provide constructive performance feedback regularly and collaborate with employees on growth areas and training opportunities.Collaborate Across Functions: Engage with engineers, engineering leadership, program managers, and shared service organizations to ensure seamless integration of embedded cryptographic solutions. Promote software development best practices throughout the software development life cycle.Support Pursuit and Bidding Activities: Participate actively in pursuit activities, including bidding for new programs. Contribute technical expertise and strategic insights to strengthen proposals and secure new business opportunities.Optimize Staffing and Program Management: Manage staffing levels across multiple programs to ensure alignment with project schedules and resource requirements. Utilize Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) methodologies to monitor and enhance program performance and profitability.Ensure Compliance and Process Adherence: Uphold Collins' standards and procedures, ensuring all engineering activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
