CHMC - LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER

Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work required (LMSW or greater). Must be licensed by the state ofNew York. Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred. Completed coursework or training in identification and reporting of child abuse and must be a NYS mandated report. Must maintain current BLS certification. Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Must possess good moral character.
