Robot OperatorAutomation Personnel Services is looking foran experiencedRobot Operatorfor a company based inEclectic, this role, you will have the opportunity toProgram and operate the robotic welding machine for spot welding applications.Pay Rate$17.00 per hour(1stShift)$18.00 per hour (2ndShift)Schedule and HoursMonday through Friday,must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.1stShift: 6:00am - 6:00pm2ndShift: 6:00pm - 6:00amRobot OperatorDuties and Responsibilities•Set up robotic welding equipment according to specific job instructions.•Load and unload workpieces into the welding cell.•Program and operate the robotic welding machine for spot welding applications.•Set welding parameters like voltage and current.•Monitor the welding process to ensure quality and prevent issues like overheating.•Perform manual spot welding or finish grinding as needed.•Ensure proper ventilation during welding and grinding operations.•Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.•Use measuring tools and templates to check parts for conformance.•Record production data, including quality and downtime information.•Perform daily preventative maintenance on the robotic welding machine.•Troubleshoot and solve problems with robotic welding equipment.•Follow all safety precautions and maintain a clean and organized work environment.•Other tasks/duties as required by employer or management.Robot OperatorQualifications and Requirements•Flexibility to work12hr shifts.•Must have spot welding experience.•Ability to lift75lb throughout shift.
