Electrical Assembler

Job Title: 12v ElectricianJob DescriptionThe 12v Electrician is responsible for routing wires for fire apparatus equipment by following wire diagrams and other technical drawings. This role involves connecting lights, hose reels, and other accessories to the electrical box, as well as fabricating boxes, mounts, and other necessary equipment according to blueprints. The position requires effective communication with fabricators to ensure complete installation and the fabrication of wire harnesses as needed. The 12v Electrician uses basic hand tools to achieve objectives and performs additional duties as required by management to meet company needs.ResponsibilitiesRoute wires for fire apparatus equipment following wire diagrams and other technical drawings.Connect lights, hose reels, and other accessories to the electrical box.Fabricate boxes, mounts, and other necessary equipment according to municate with fabricators for complete installation and fabrication of wire harnesses.Utilize basic hand tools to achieve objectives.Perform additional duties as required by management.Essential SkillsExperience in low voltage wiring and electrical assembly.Ability to read and follow blueprints and wiring diagrams.Proficiency in using basic hand tools.Capability in mechanical assembly and production.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with 12-volt electrical installations.Knowledge of electrical install processes.Why Work Here?Employees are provided with all necessary tools and PPE to perform their job effectively. Employees work on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with hours varying depending on the supervisor, typically from 5:00am - 3:30pm or 6:00am - 4:30pm. The role includes mandatory overtime on Fridays, and candidates can expect to work 45-50 hours per week. The workspace is spacious, and employees work in a team setting with all necessary tools provided.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stacy, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
