Our client, a leading organization in the Learning & Development sector, is seeking a Instructional Designer - Mid-Level to join their team. As a Instructional Designer - Mid-Level, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Instructional Designer - Mid-Level Location: Southlake, TX (Secondary Location u2013 Austin, TX). This role requires onsite presence at the Southlake office with a hybrid schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite and remote on Fridays. What's the Job? + Design and develop engaging and impactful learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences. + Utilize AI technologies to enhance instructional content, personalization, and learner engagement. + Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend effective solutions. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. + Leverage advanced e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline to create interactive modules. What's Needed? + At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a broad understanding of learning strategy and program management. + Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies to support instructional design and content personalization. + Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline. + Strong background in audience analysis, needs assessment, and program evaluation. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer.
