Southern Mechanical- Plumbing Superintendent (MULTI-FAMILY) Job description We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to oversee operations for multi-family projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while effectively solving problems as they arise. PAY RANGE: $38.46 - $52.88 Depending on Experience BENEFITS: 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Free basic life insurance and voluntary life insurance Paid time off and holiday pay Short- and long-term disability coverage Weekly pay SHIFT: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday Overtime and weekends as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent In-depth knowledge of plumbing/building codes and regulations Proficient with project management software (e.g., Procore, Raken) Experience with total station, undergrounds, sleeve layout, and top-out processes Proven ability to manage subcontracted plumbing labor effectively Basic computer skills; familiarity with web-based reporting and material tracking Bilingual is a plus, but not required Valid Driver's License OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment) RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and direct subcontracted plumbing labor. Ensure accuracy in measurements for underground rough-ins. Complete daily web-based reports and timekeeping. Track and manage materials on-site for installation. Forecast material orders and deliveries 2-3 weeks in advance. Conduct weekly/daily job site meetings. Facilitate web-based safety meetings and toolbox talks.
