Once component pay begins, compensation shifts to a structure based on miles, cases, and stops, with hourly pay provided for any downtime. The anticipated pay structure includes a base hourly rate of $32.28 per hour. Once component pay begins, hourly pay is replaced with compensation based on miles, cases, and stops.
