Cass Family Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare, is seeking an energetic and motivated Patient Outreach & Enrollment Specialist to join our Niles team. This is a remote position.As part of our mission to serve medically underserved populations, you will connect directly with patients—both in the community and within our clinics—to support program enrollment, increase awareness of clinic services, and assist individuals in accessing the care they need.What This Role OffersPerformance-based incentives for meeting outreach and enrollment goalsComprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement plan with employer match, and paid time offPaid training and development to help you succeedOpportunities for career advancement within a growing healthcare organizationThe chance to make a meaningful impact in the communityKey Responsibilities:Engage with patients, families, and community members to promote Cass Family Clinic services and programsConduct outreach activities at community events, partner sites, and within clinic locationsAssist patients with enrollment in Medicaid, Marketplace insurance, sliding-fee scale programs, and other assistance servicesProvide accurate information regarding clinic services, eligibility, and financial assistance optionsDocument outreach encounters, follow-up actions, and enrollment activityBuild relationships with community partners and participate in local outreach initiativesMeet monthly outreach, enrollment, and engagement goalsMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance at all timesSupport internal departments by helping connect patients to needed resourcesAttend staff meetings, trainings, and community engagement planning sessionsRepresent Cass Family Clinic with professionalism and integrity in all interactionsQualifications:Customer service, outreach, or sales experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus)Excellent interpersonal communication skills; comfort speaking with diverse populationsAbility to work independently and meet measurable goalsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to use computers, tablets, and electronic documentation systemsAvailability for occasional evening or weekend community eventsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local outreach activitiesAbility to present professionally as a representative of Cass Family ClinicWhy Join Cass Family Clinic?You will be part of a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on compassion, community, and improving health outcomes.
