This is your opportunity to join a dynamic team and help us Raise The Bar!Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Assistant General Manager, you will be a key leader, supporting the Restaurant Leader in managing daily operations and maintaining our high standards. Your role will be crucial in driving the restaurant's success and fostering our unique culture. Team Leadership: Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and termination of all hourly crew members. You will create work schedules, manage performance through coaching and development, and handle payroll processes. Operational Management: Act as the manager on duty, responsible for opening and closing the restaurant. You will manage cash handling, enforce operational policies, and ensure all safety standards are met. Customer Experience: Lead by example in providing exemplary customer service and empower your team to do the same. Facility Management: Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the restaurant, ensuring the facility is always in good working order. QualificationsWe are seeking a driven and experienced professional to join our leadership team. Experience: A minimum of 3 years in restaurant or retail management. Experience with new restaurant openings is highly preferred. Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage changing priorities. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new technology systems quickly. Personal Attributes: Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic. You must be a collaborative leader who can also work effectively and efficiently on your own. Requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
