Our client, an industry leader in automotive support and technical solutions, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist (Call Center) to join their team. As a Technical Support Specialist (Call Center), you will be part of the Parts and Technical Support department supporting customer service operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Support Specialist (Call Center) Location: Theodore, AL Pay Range: $20 starting Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm CST, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to automotive products, including car lifts, tire changers, and wheel balancers. Diagnose product problems based on customer inquiries and provide effective solutions or recommend service parts. Enter and track customer service tickets using Freshdesk or similar systems, ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate with sales, production, and shipping teams to expedite orders and resolve fulfillment issues. Support training efforts by sharing product knowledge and troubleshooting techniques with team members and customers. What's Needed? At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems. Strong data entry skills with the ability to type 45-60 WPM accurately. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism. What's in it for me?
