Key Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Oversee procurement and sourcing activities for raw materials, components, and MRO, ensuring competitive pricing and quality. Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize carrying costs while meeting production and customer demand. Coordinate logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure reliability and quality. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and leverage technology. Utilize ERP systems and supply chain analytics to forecast demand, monitor performance, and inform strategic decision-making. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with significant experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning tools. Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics specific to manufacturing operations. Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
