In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, transferring products between warehouse locations, stocking inventory, and performing general warehouse duties. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient operations and maintaining inventory accuracy.Why work here: Pay: Receive starting pay of $24/hr plus quarterly bonuses, profit sharing, and a $2,000 hiring bonus after 90 daysSchedule: 1st shift (8 hour days!)Benefits: Access great benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match and paid time off.Growth: Advance with on-the-job training and tuition reimbursementSafety: Work in an environment committed to safety and improvementStability: Join an established Midwest company with four generations of family ownershipWhat you will do: Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipmentTransfer products between main and storage warehousesReceive and put away inventory accuratelyPerform cycle counts and maintain inventory recordsIdentify and resolve recurring stock-out issuesDrop off and pick up parts/materials from vendorsCoordinate repair and restocking of used partsEvaluate items for stock vs. non-stock statusMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouseFollow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPEProvide excellent internal customer service and promote teamworkPhysical RequirementsFrequent: Foot and hand use, reaching, sitting, standing, lifting up to 60 lbsMinimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED (we can help through our free GED works program!)Ability to read and understand instructions and measurementsBasic math skills, and computer skills.Forklift operation experienceMinimum 6 months experience in Warehouse or related fieldISO experience or training preferredReady to apply?
