Accounting Associate / Accounts Payable

Description We are looking for an Accounting Associate with strong attention to detail to join our team in York, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will handle accounts payable tasks while supporting various financial operations such as reconciliations, expense management, and vendor relations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid background in accounting to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Process accounts payables. u2022 Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors. u2022 Assist with expense reimbursements and reconcile corporate credit card transactions. u2022 Record and post receipts to maintain accurate financial records. u2022 Perform monthly reconciliations. u2022 Provide support to the accounting team including billing, journal entries, month end close and tax reporting. Requirements u2022 Associate degree in Accounting preferred. u2022 2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting-related role. u2022 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
