Hiring General Laborers / Forklift Operators in Carlisle, PA Job Description We are hiring for a lead provider of high-quality strength and conditioning equipment, seeking a motivated General Laborer to join the team in Carlisle, PA. The role is essential to ensuring gym equipment is safety and efficiently handled, staged, and prepared for shipment. The shift will be Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) or finish. Overtime will be available during the week and sometimes Saturdays. Responsibilities + Safely handle various types of gym equipment during inbound and outbound shipments. + Organize and secure products on pallets for storage or transport. + Operate manual pallet jacks and occasionally forklifts to move heavy items. + Load and unload containers using safe body mechanics. + Inspect and count incoming shipments. + Prepare and package orders following shipping guidelines. + Work effectively in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Essential Skills + Experience in inventory management. + Proficiency in shipping and receiving tasks. + Ability to load and unload shipments. + Skill in using RF scanners. + Proficiency in packing and general labor tasks. + Ability to lift 50lbs+. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
