Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join an established company in the automotive industry located in Keene, New Hampshire. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering up to 20 hours per week on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth bookkeeping processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with precision. u2022 Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records. u2022 Prepare detailed financial statements and reports on a regular basis. u2022 Handle month-end closing procedures to support financial oversight. u2022 Conduct weekly bookkeeping tasks to maintain up-to-date financial data. u2022 Utilize Sage accounting software to manage financial operations effectively. u2022 Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless financial processes. u2022 Maintain organized records of cash, credit card, and expense reconciliations. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in bookkeeping, particularly in accounts payable and receivable. u2022 Proficiency in Sage accounting software and Microsoft Excel. u2022 Ability to perform detailed account and expense reconciliations. u2022 Familiarity with preparing monthly financial statements. u2022 Intermediate-level skills in Excel, including data analysis and reporting. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with team members and independently when needed.
