TRIO-Student Success Specialist/Program Specialist 3 (Project)u00a0Job ID: 15347u00a0Location: Bellevue Collegeu00a0Full/Part Time: Part Timeu00a0Regular/Temporary: Temporaryu00a0Position Summaryu00a0The Student Success Specialist/Program Specialist 3 works under general direction and reports to the TRIO Director. The nature of the work is professional, and requires an ability to work in accordance of college rules, policies, and regulations, as well as state and federal laws and regulations. The position performs complex duties. The individual in this role coordinates programs and services, providing assistance and individualized case management to TRIO students. This position works with Bellevue College faculty and staff, and college representatives; recommends resolution for complex problems and issues related to the student's individualized needs. Incumbents assess TRIO participants' needs and develop specialized services and training unique to the department and are responsive to the needs of TRIO students. The use of professional judgement based on the assessment of student needs and individual circumstances is required for this position.u00a0This is a part-time temporary project position (32 hours per workweek), and expected to end in August 2026. Extension of the position pending on grant funding availability.u00a0Pay, Benefits & Work Scheduleu00a0Position Salary Range: $47,779/year - $64,348/yearu00a0The salary information shown above is a general guideline only. The salary will be determined based on candidate's qualifications and related experience, as well as market and business considerations. Individuals newly hired to Classified position are placed in a salary range based on the WPEA Collective Bargaining Agreement.u00a0We offer comprehensive compensation package with salary and benefits as the main components. Competitive salary is within the Range stated above, and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Generous is offered through Washington State plans that includes multiple medical, dental, life and disability coverage choices for employees and dependents; choices of retirement and deferred compensation plans; paid holidays, sick, and vacation plans; transit program, reduced tuition, employee discounts and memberships, etc.u00a0The employee is scheduled to work 32 hours per workweek.
