What is Program Planning to Lockheed Martin? Integral to Lockheed Martin's Program Management & Enterprise Performance, it organizes tasks for mission success, scheduling design, development, and sustainability of products. It breaks down products into tasks, sets sequences & durations, ensuring on-time, in-budget, desired quality outcomes. Aeronautical program planning is an exciting process that combines creativity, science, and technology to create amazing machines that enable humans to explore and travel in the air and beyond Summary of Key Duties As an ADP Staff Integrated Program Planner, you will lead the planning team for a Skunk Works program. You will develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules, serving as a trusted advisor and modeling planning excellence for the team. You will collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. Success in this role depends on strong communication, collaboration, and expert use of program planning tools. Primary Tools Used: 1. Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool 2. Milestones Professional 3. Microsoft Excel Secondary Tools Used (Not limited to): 1. Microsoft Project 2. SAP Must be a US Citizen. Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance; must have the ability to obtain and maintain Secret/SCI clearance. AeroBusiness, AeroPlanning Basic Qualifications: u2022 Proficient with Microsoft Office applications u2022 Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities u2022 Experienced at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis u2022 Experiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customers u2022 Experiences with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule Integration u2022 Demonstrated team building skills u2022 Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills u2022 Bachelors degree u2022 5+ years of professional experience in operational planning or scheduling u2022 Proficient with scheduling tools such as Open Plan, Primavera, MS Project, or ProjectView u2022 Experience analyzing planning metrics and trends and implement actionable improvement plans Desired Skills: u2022 Proposal experience u2022 U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance u2022 Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media u2022 Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience u2022 Prior Aerospace experience. u2022 Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner u2022 Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills u2022 Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290.
