If you're located outside this region, we’re happy to help the right candidate relocate and get started.What You'll Do:Install luxury, custom handrail systems in both new builds and renovationsInterpret plans, take accurate measurements, and ensure code complianceWork with a variety of materials: wood, metal, glass, cable, etc.Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sitesCommunicate progress, updates, and needs with the Installation ManagerDeliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfactionWhat You'll Need:Minimum 5+ years of experience in handrail installation required.Preferred:Experience with over-the-post and curved rail systemsProficiency in trim carpentry and finish workStrong woodworking skills and material versatilityAbility to work from plans and blueprintsSolid math and geometry skillsClean Motor Vehicle Record and valid driver's licenseMust be 21+ and able to lift up to 75 lbs.Willingness to travel as needed (>75%)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsPositive attitude, dependability, and pride in quality workEqual Opportunity EmployerWe provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status.*We are a Drug-Free Workplace*USD $28.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.
